I started with the right wing doubler first. I drew a line 9/16 of an inch from aft of the forward edge of the skin. I aligned the inboard edges and clamped. I started in the middle of the W-702, using it as a guide to match drill the holes for the ribs. I clecoed every second hole and continued match drilling.
Once the doubler was completely match drilled, I placed it into position on the wing to check the accuracy. Fits like a glove!
I repeated the process for the left wing.
I'm short on clecoes. I'll have to order a few hundred more next week
